After spending almost 15 years in varying roles within the finance industry I decided to become a furniture maker. I attended the Cabinet and Furniture Making program at North Bennet Street School in Boston Massachusetts, an extensive full-time 2 year program focused on traditional furniture making practices. It is the oldest trade school in America with an unbelievably talented group of mentors and teachers. It was an enlightening and humbling experience to say the least. With the constant support of my wife and two kids through the whole process I emerged on the other side a better furniture maker and person. After school I started a shop in Leominster Massachusetts with two other students I met while attending school. My passion is well built furniture. Whether it is kitchen cabinets or a Queen Anne chair, I take the time to build it well in the hopes that it will last for generations.
